You've probably heard of the "uncanny valley" concept. It's like that one relative who's just a bit too good at mimicking your mom's cooking – it's creepy, right?

But seriously, as robots become more human-like, our comfort with them initially increases, but then plummets when they become too human-like. It's like we're saying, "Uh, robot, you're getting a bit too real for us."
